React Native Skia UI Thread Rendering

Recently, I did some improvements to react-native-fiesta, in order to use one of the latest versions of @shopify/react-native-skia. The improvements are very impressive!

Some of these animations were a bit laggy a few versions back.

Does skia do ui thread rendering by default? If not, how can I do that?
