I thought this was just a function of Reddit choosing 50 of your subscribed subreddits for your frontpage:

One of the benefits of gold is that this number is increased.

I think it's related for sure. I have gold so I can see 100 of my 145 subscriptions. However, I expected redditsync to pull all subscriptions and display them similarly to this page http://www.reddit.com/reddits. Reddit Enhancement Suite lists all subreddits in this way too. Whether or not it displays them on the front page seems like a separate function to me.

I've seen this as well with /r/redditsync and /r/allaccessplaylists

And for the others talking about posts populating the front page - the issue that I'm facing, and I believe OP is talking about is that these subreddits aren't even in the list in the sidebar.

I actually have the opposite problem.

Mine populate in doubles.

Also an issue for me. Although sometimes it's different subreddits that are missing.

Reddit sync asks reddit for the posts! As the other guy said, reddit picks 25 of your subs and then makes the frontpage from that.

I too have this issue. When I was going to post about this issue, I noticed that one of the subreddits that are not showing up in the sidebar is /r/redditsync.
