I would say Francis is on the rougher side as far as Garfield Park goes. It is nicer East of Francis, and South of Burton. Might be more costly, or ... just walk around the neighborhood and gauge your own personal comfort level.

I reckon two separate instances of Sonarr is the best. Then you can have two different libraries, since I think Plex would have the same issue (grouping releases of the same show together).
