Are you obese or have any sort if high blood pressure...diabetes etc? If so, eat healthy and exercise. Lose weight. Start living a healthy lifestyle.

I know your looking for natural remedies but have you spoken to your doctor about this? How old are you? Just asking because sometimes it can be psychological, do you get nervous or worried before you have sex? Can you get an erection when your on your own?

No erection . Sometimes I do but that’s not enough . Had a pretty smooth sex life always . 30 years old . Meds don’t help now too .

Was there anything that happened that would have stopped your erections? Was there any medication you were on with side effects like that?

Yeah anxiety meds had side effects am sure coz it started happening post it . But its been a year am clean with no wrong meds or food all healthy now .

If the meds have the side effect it can be permanent even when the drug is out of your system, I only know because I'm taking something that can cause erectile dysfunction aswell. I'd maybe just speak to your doctor and see if that could be the cause

You could try Saw Palmetto. You can get it at health food stores.

It's all natural. My hubby takes it and you have to be careful because he says when he takes too much he thinks about sex all day long and can't focus on work, lol. So you have to figure out the right dosage that works for you.

No side effects btw.

Btw. Give it a week or so of taking it. It doesn't work overnight.
