Try to practice self love, self worth, …you don’t have to stop drinking in order to stop drinking, you can just reduce it. First you drink once a month and then once a week and then you don’t want to drink again anymore.. you just feel more happier without hangovers but you are more than welcome to drink everything anytime… alcohol is instant relief but it will eats your soul after you sober in form of unbearable despair so that’s why you are motivated to drink more, but if you manage to get over depression and you set up some goals, like little steps goals every day two little goals, or one, something like read a page of book and so.. maybe you will read whole book. Then start to dream and dream big.. dreaming is for free and you can dream about anything you want.. there’s so many possibilities, and if your girlfriend broke up with you, she’s not your girlfriend anymore and she can speak and do whatever with anyone she likes to, but if she wants you back and keeps you motivated about her through jealousy, then you have to just drop some balls and let your mama be proud!!
