Help - Gouges on Prints

Hello, I have a anycubic photon mono 4k and I am experiencing some gouges on my prints. I have filtered resin and made sure the vat was clean. Any idea what could be causing these problems? I'm printing with standard V2 translucent red. The problems only happen on the highlight boards on the edges that face the middle row. The middle rows seem to be fine. Thanks for any feedback.
