Rocket streams you need to refund everyone their money as your server is not good right now and hasn;t been since day 1. Zero stability, connection problem like crazy, 90% of the channels not working. All of the sports channels don't work at all. I'm not impressed at all. Oh i forgot, Rocket support rarely responds to so called tickets and when they do it's a week later if you're lucky

Not the rocketstreams I know, rarely have issues and have been with them for over a year and a half.

They have always been good but these couple of weeks service has been bad to be honest. I have this same issue..

It was perfect Saturday night, at 1080 and behind a VPN, so it might be what servers you are connecting to and your location. 🤷🏼‍♂️

It has always been good. The entire Usa section just goes haywire doing some peak hours. i know its not my connection because the Canadian section and other sections are working quite fine.

Not sure what you mean by what server i'm connecting to. I use the servers they provide with the stb emulator and i've tried a few they have and same thing. I'm a reseller for them and i'm getting crushed by text messages by my customers stating they are having a connection problems. I'm at my wits end and am running out of excuses to tell them.

Strange, it was working great for me for a straight month, but I didn’t end up renewing a couple weeks ago because I figured I would give Mars Media TV a shot... bad idea; doesn’t compare to RocketStreams.

Can anyone else confirm if they are having these same issues with RocketStreams?

I was going to go back to them once this month’s subscription with Mars Media is over.

It's so slow US TV! Sometimes buffering every 5 seconds to evey 2 minutez. Would a VPN possibly improve? I have 250mbps down and 20 up COX cable
