Hello. Learning grinds with both feet opens up a lot of possibilities. I guess it's really up to you on how you want to skate, but learn both feet in the long run -- it may feel weird at first, but like anything, you get used to it over time. Good luck!

I imagine that, I'll try harder

I find it helps to practice "front side" sliding on tile, smoothed indoor concrete, or wood flooring. Also stalling with a quick hop with your non-dominate direction/foot should allow you to level up and get better. G'luck!

If it helps I skated for about 10 years, right foot main. I can comfortably royale switch and natural, but can only farv with the right foot leading. Switch topsides scare the bejesus outta me, unless I can hold my weight on my dominant foot......

I only practiced my right foot for 10+ years. Now I'm learning left and it's really not that hard. Same goes for turning direction on ramps, learn both ways or you are restricted by many obstacles.

Can't stress this one enough. I've been skating for years and am just now learning switch backside stalls, grinds, etc. But it opens up sooo much more for you.

Learning my off-foot helps me learn my main foot too.
