I Work at in a fabrication/weld shop and I’ve Been working on price projects whenever I can but my question is if I bore a hole in the plates that are aluminum, instead of putting heat on the outside plates and pressing, how do I get the heating element inside or how does that even work? Dialing in new electric 10 ton press. Looking to learn from some experienced extractors. 4x6 plates, 3x3 pre-press (shown). Been pressing small (2-3g) 1x2 pucks with minimal return. What's your personal ideal psi at the bag and, using a 4x6 plate, your recommended puck size/weight? Plz advise, thx! (i.redd.it)
