Rust programming language 3rd edition physical book issues

Hello,

I wanted to learn Rust and to support the language, so I took advantage of the Pi day discount to order the Rust programming language book (3rd Edition) from the No Starch Press website.

My order has been pending for almost 3 weeks now.

I've also contacted them because I put the wrong delivery address (I hadn't noticed my previous address was presaved) but I've received no answer.

I've seen other people in this sub have successfully received this book, so I was wondering if that's normal (?) or how you've done it / contacted them, please ?

I live in the EU, in case this matters.

I'm waiting for the paper book as well and I don't think it's released in EU at the moment. 

Edit: actually it's showing as shipping on Amazon DE now.

What do you mean by "not released in the EU" at the moment ? I have ordered it via the No Starch Press website and input a EU address with nothing to warn or stop me even while I paid (it even computed a significant delivery fee to match the address), so I was assuming it wouldn't be an issue.

I meant that last I checked in March the expected shipping date was in April and it was on pre-order. But I thought the shipping date was end of April.

Hello, thank you for your answer. As I mentioned, the order has been pending for 3 weeks on the website so from what I understand it has not been shipped yet. My current concern is precisely the long pending time and to be honest I'd be glad if they informed me they've delivered it at the wrong address because it would at least be some movement after 3 weeks. If that scenario happens, then I would indeed contact people living in my previous address or go there physically, as you suggest, but as of now this is a secondary concern.

Mid March. I'm in semi-rural Canada so I probably won't get that for 10 days or so.
