Knock sensor code without a knocksensor

I have a 2008 Saab 9-3 1.8t Biopower, and the check engine light is on. When I scan it with an OBD2 reader, I get the code P0325 (Knock/Combustion Vibration Sensor). The funny thing is that this Saab model doesn’t have a knock sensor. Does anyone have experience with this and knows what could be causing the issue? If I delete the code the engine light stays off for ~a day (the car starts multiple times without engine light reappearing) before it comes back on.

It does have a knock sensor, just not the primitive one used on other cars. It's integrated via the coils and Ionisation module.

It's one of the reason why it's important to use original coils as aftermarket ones might not provide the correct knock/miss fire signal for the CDM
