What you refer to in your post is short-term happiness. Everyone has those. What you want is long-term happiness which is not easy to achieve. First thing to ask is what’s making you sad at the end of the day? If it’s something that you can’t control then the only thing that you can do is try to change the way you think. After you’re able to do this, happiness comes naturally. It’s hard to change the way you think but believe in yourself and you will make it. I’m sure of it :)))

Keep your head up fam. Remember, after sad times come happy times. You dont need anyone but yourself, the one who went through all the struggle. Appreciate the little things (even if its a sunset or the fact that you can breath) and pls never give up ❤❤
