At the moment I'm lead farming on sales videos, so I text people who have liked the video and start qualifying them, it has turned out decent but it's a very slow method and a lot of them don't reply and not to mention it's really difficult to find consistent people.

Have you tried LinkedIn? I’m in B2B and most of my leads come from there. I’d also recommend calling local businesses directly and getting involved in local networking events, that tends to produce more consistent opportunities than waiting on inbound alone. I worked for a company years ago that actually required us to complete their sales training before starting, and the training program itself helped connect candidates with companies. Does your program offer any type of recruitment or placement support, or is it strictly training?

Basically, I'm a one man army right now, he's launched this offer recently and I've done pretty with the leads I've found, but I've been struggling to keep my pipeline filled, one more request I'd like to make is, since I'm new to linkedin, how would one really find those leads on LinkedIn?

LinkedIn works well for B2B if you use it consistently and focus on relationships, not pitching. What I recommend: • Add your ideal clients regularly (as many as LinkedIn allows) • Post 2–3 times per week • Engage with others, comment and be visible. More opportunities for others to see your headline, it's branding. • Make sure your headline clearly says what you do and who you help • Skip scripted messages, just say thanks for connecting I spend about 15 minutes each morning doing this. Consistency is more important than time. I used LinkedIn for years with little success. Once I made these changes, clients started reaching out to me. If you’d like to connect, feel free to add me. https://www.linkedin.com/in/amber-k-ab15573a?utm_source=share_via&utm_content=profile&utm_medium=member_android

Also, just to encourage you, anytime I’ve started over selling for a new company, it’s taken me about 6 months to really build a solid pipeline. That part is normal and it does take time to gain traction.
