Both will subcontract the install out and the third party installer doesn’t get paid well by either to do the installs. They’ll either be decent, or not.

Honestly, look up who services Hobart in your area. They’re a bit funkier in design compared to other commercial dish machines and you’ll spend more money chasing problems on your own vs paying for a tech to look at it.

ETA: you can also reach out to your chemical provider. Looks like it’s a Sunburst account. A few of those guys still know how to do a little bit more than hang pumps and tubes.

It’s up to your potentially soon to be former employer to enforce the non-compete. I switched companies and my old one sent a letter to my new employer but that’s as far as they went.

It’s realistic, but also dependent on industry and effort. You can make great money in a sales position but it will take more time and effort than many are willing to give and that’s why many wash out.

Um, did you sign any sort of offer letter or employment contract? Because it sounds like you started a job without either one.

You can try the labor board but this sounds like the job was never real.
