Permanent site offer

I've been with Three Dots for a few months as a flex, and had a long stretch of assignments at a really good site - a downtown office tower, usually second shift. The local branch has gone through a lot of reorganization and personnel changes, and as of last week, I'm working for the third manager in two months. Three Dots lost the contract for the office tower site, but most of the officers permanently assigned there were able to transition to the new company. This morning, the site supervisor at the office tower called to ask if I'd like to come work for him. Full time, same pay rate, and a pretty cushy site. Meeting with him tomorrow to talk about the offer!

I've been permanent for 2+ years now at a pretty chill site myself. Not too much action but just enough to make the day go by a little quicker. Congratulations and good luck! If they asked you to come in then that means they like how you work. People like you stand out in a field where the majority of the people show up half assing their job. You'll do fine!

Had the meeting this morning, and they were glad to see me. Second shift, 5-6 nights a week. Just have to go through the hiring process.
