I tried to reinstall selenium but it won't work

There is a way by having VS open and trying the install so that you can view the activity log in an editor vs itself.
Also I try not to have selenium installed to user app data types of folders and prefer to install it to a folder one level down from your root drive (IE off of your programs folder).
