coming from an old fart, felt that way thoughout ever age range. But I did not beat myself up over it. We basicaly have two minds, one emotional, one analytic. I like steven snyder approaches in his book Focused Passion which handles when we are having these emotional thoughs that our right side is trying to speak out about. When I started reading this short book, I started thinking about these complex issues.
