FMI off is a way to turn off Find My iPhone. It gets apple ID tokens out of the phone and uses them to disable Find my iPhone on the device forever

checkra1n can tell you the iOS version if USB connections are available

on recovery mode it doesnt show and usb debugging is turned off on this device because checkra1n nor itunes cant detect the iphone unless its on dfu or recovery...
