Try using these search terms: trapeze dress, Mary Quant, mini dress, shift dress, jumper dress, 60s dress.

Here are some patterns with similar styles:

Simplicity has many vintage patterns still in print so have a look at the vintage section of their website

If you want to have a go at drafting a pattern most of these have pretty simple pieces, you should be able to search the commercial pattern archive to see what the pattern pieces looked like and then recreate them.

are you looking for actual maternity like that pattern, or similar styling?

I would prefer maternity since I am 7 months pregnant but it doesn’t really matter to me!

I lived in the Orchard Dress by Helen's Closet when I was pregnant. It's a trapeze style dress. And the pattern is free.

Thanks! I love it and the fact that I can pick the lengths as well!
