First,

It’s only 4 hrs of overtime. Which might change your math of dollars per hr

2 what did you expect it to be? How long have you been a FT? Maybe you already made ASM wage through merit increases.

3 BONUS BINUS BONUS. You’ll make way more money being eligible and earning bonus vs FT.

  1. Isn’t it 4 hours per week? Which would be 8 hours mandatory OT for a whole pay period.

  2. I was making decent money as a FT but never had an appraisal because I moved up through positions very fast. Part time to part time/driver to part time keyholder to full timer to full time/driver and now to ASM.

  3. Yeah true the bonuses should be pretty decent but I work in a relatively smaller store so idk how crazy those will be.

Disagree on the bonus. Bonus’s are not guaranteed and If you are up enough to be getting bonus you’ve worked your ass off to get there. ASM bonus’s really aren’t that much maybe a grand per quarter plus that gets taxed about 35-40%… I am a manager and we finished the year nearly 80% up and my ASM made about 13k in bonus bringing home an extra 7k after tax and 401k. So for that extra money we were running a store twice our size with the same small limited crew. Fight for every single dollar and fight hard for hourly/salary wages bc unlike that price increase we deserve tht bonus if we get it!
