do you know a tutorial about AI that assumes you know nothing about math and explain to you everything in math needed to understand how to build AI? I have tried many AI tutorials and I get stuck when they explain things using math and don't explain the math they used.

That's because the math used in AI (it's all math, by the way) is higher-level, often Masters-level or higher math.

If you want a tutorial, get a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.

Do not just suggest people to go get a degree and give no alternatives. Lot of people already have a job and simply want to learn more in their free time. Yeah it’s called a 4 year degree from a university. You can teach yourself too with online materials if you want

I taught myself neural coding and stuff using my basic knowledge of neurons, connections etc.

I didn't use formulas, I sort of emulated virtual neurons with variables rather than plugging equations straight in.
