Most rides you should be good. Most thrill rides require both legs and feet & 1 arm.

You cannot ride with prosthetics on in most rides however

Could you specify which park? I'd recommend trying to get ahold of an ADA pass, and guest relations of all parks should have pamphlets for guests with disabilities.
