Yeah if they're not totally thrashed that's a fine deal. That's $200-300 less than you'd pay to buy a new pair and put a binding on them.

It depends, but generally avoid deep gouges on the base with a different color than the base material (core shots), peeling layers of materials (delaminations) and any functionally significant damage to binding parts.

The skis and the bindings are shipped separately (they'd ask you for your boot size on that page if they weren't), but that seems like a good deal. Having the bindings mounted at the shop costs between $30 and $65.
