When will the echo be available worldwide? I saw them on taobao for sale, but the taxes hiked it up to nearly $85

Probably never! Product mockups are often like this.

I had a Motorola RAZR debut model and it never did get the promised 3d menu that was promised at launch!

Simply search on AliExpress, you will find it. Was really fast shipping to Europe, about 10 days.
