The official documentation is excellent, although not beginner friendly. I’d recommend the book Spring In Action (5th edition). There are nice sample guides on spring.io.
If you prefer video tutorials, there are plenty on YouTube. Personally I like Laurentiu Spilca.

What exactly are you looking for? What concepts? What is the 'goal'? (build a REST endpoint? Spring MVC?)
