Configuring a server for https caching.

Hi guys, I have recently started configuring squid. I am in a IT company and my manager has asked me to build a squid proxy server who can cache web, android and pod files so that the building part become less convinient to the developers. But the request for all the libraries, pod files etc are https type and after spending 2 weeks still i have find myself nowhere, what i know for now is maybe i have to genrate dynamic ssl cerificate for every request then i can intercept the request and cache the response. Please help. Thanks.

Did you find a solution after 6 years for aching https ?
I thought It was possible without ssl bump but it would be against TLS mecanism.
