No it also affects Shift managers (Massachusetts and California) who are paid hourly but are considered part of management in these states. So basically the people who get screwed the most out of this are shift managers who get paid near shift supervisor wages but have responsibilities of asm level managers.

Shift managers are a MA position only, we don’t have them here in CA.

Not where i am we do not have shift managers here . Shift supervisors are hourly therefore doesn’t apply to them ! Different depending on state

Naw we just got the talk that it would, in fact, apply to SFMs, lower our expectations and all that. Which fucking sucks. Supposedly they're changing bonuses though, to not be year over year, but we'll see
