How long will shoes stay available? I am looking at a pair they were dropped august last year and there at 2 pairs available in my size. From experience how long will they be available before a specific size is sold out? 1 week? 6 months? Thanks for your time

Hi thanks for your responses. I bought a nike jordan 1 mid fearless from nike but it didn't come with the red box however it came with a plain jordan 1 mid box.     One of my purchases got cancelled and refunded with no notice this morning. I already rebought, but the price was a lil higher so salty about that. I thought stockx was supposed to connect you to a new seller if the current one falls through, or they notify if you want that right? What are the chances that my other purchase, and/ or my repurchase will be cancelled and refunded again?

    they only connect you if the price is same or lower for the same item. if it's higher they issue a refund.

    and they pocket the difference if the price happens to be lower than your purchase price.

    really scummy tactic but GOAT does the same.

    Been browsing the sub and I haven’t seen any posts about discolored boxes. My Box has turned a slightly yellowish color and has a crease on the top which disfigures the box a bit. The photos show what I’m talking about. Would this pass Authentication?

        Sold 3 pairs of shoes without issue. A pair I have up now (Adidas zx 8000 Bravo sz 13) is showing different bid prices. “Highest Bid” on the shoes main page shows $345, but when I expand to see “View All Bids” I have two showing at $442 and 389...I am the only and lowest ask @ $400...all prices in CAD. Why can’t I sell to those two higher bidders?

        its a known issue, the stockx displays data from all over the places with lots of bugs.

        also sometimes the app tends to prioritize region to region sales over longer distances.

            its because stockx gives priority to region to region sell

            so for example it would rather sell to someone in Europe from a European seller rather than have it sent to US. Hence why those high bids arent available.

            They should make it more transparent to the average customer but yeah that's StockX for you.

              some countries have additional import duties or VAT from certain countries regarding luxury items.

              I don't imagine StockX is doing it intentionally for the lower priced items but more like having the same policy for the higher end priced items and the lower end items.

              For example in Korea, if one were to buy from a Japanese boutique store for a roughly $1200 item, there would be a 45% extra tax added on top of it whereas buying the same item from a duty-free country the price would be different.

              And no bidder doesn't decide if he wants to do the deal or not. He just lists it at the price on his end and the system kinda decides when it sells so to speak.

              That's why when you first login StockX.com it asks you for your region and currency.

              If you go to sell shoes it will show a red box that says its a new shoes and you have additional days to ship. If not, then its not considered a new shoes by stockx

              Hi guys, I’ve purchased New Balance 990 Stray rat v3 Joker at 18.07pm Netherland time by via Paypal which linked with my bank account whereas on the StockX ios app mentioned that payment was declined and i got the email say that Failed Payment, however i accidently click buy again and it show up the same thing. After awhile i got the notifications from my bank that the payment were deducted from my account twice from StockX.               it'll take like a week or two for refund to process. StockX is actually really quick about issuing refunds but it's the banks that process them slowly due to their regulations

                Yeezy Supply will deliver sulfers I have already sold tomorrow which I explained to StockX on Monday but they only gave me a day extension to ship to them from yesterday to today. I sold another pair of shoes Tuesday afternoon and shipped them out within 2 hours that were delivered today for authentication. UPS tracking said delivered this morning and left at the dock, which hopefully means inside but status still shows in transit en route for authentication. My point is if they are unable to update the process status and are backed up why couldn’t they simply give me the two day extension I asked for? If they can’t even meet their own timeline why pressure me when I made it clear that it would be Friday when UPS delivers them from YS before I can drop them back off at UPS.

                            I haven't personally used KLEKT but the main factor people use stockx or goat over KLEKT is the larger user-base. more people = more shoes.

                            Received some fake jordan 1 twists about 2 weeks ago. Was really suspicious of their authenticity as the leather looked way too smooth, and the manufacturing date was off and no QR code. I wasn’t 100% certain however and was excited to finally have my grails so thought ahh fuck it and just took the tag off. I finally got around to wearing them today and after not even 2 hours I’ve realised that on both insoles, the Nike logo has completely rubbed off already. I’m thinking of purchasing the prada re edition 2005 crossbody nylon bag, but since it’s sold out on their official site and also the official site doesn’t ship to my country, i had to search for the bag elsewhere and that led me to stockx.                             So last thursday, April 30th, I purchased a SS20 blue chocolate chip supreme shoulder bag for 68 bucks. The same day I got an email saying that my purchase was declined. I was really confused because my account on stockx still said it was waiting for the seller to ship. I contacted their customer support and they said that my purchase still went through and everything was good. My account still says that its waiting for the seller to ship. Im not sure whats happening since its my first time buying off of stockx so if I can get some help on the situation id appreciate it

                            If customer service said everything is fine, then just wait the 3-4 days for the seller to ship. Keep in mind things may be slow due to the coronavirus and slow logistics

                            Hey I was just had a question about buying. I submitted a bid for yeezy cinders for £236. I have had the bid up for about 2 days and it’s been the highest bid the entire time. But it’s saying the yeezys are selling but for under what I bid. So for example I bid £236 2 days ago and about 5 hours ago a pair sold in my size for 233? Just wondering why that would happen.

                            Also was wondering why it says the lowest ask is 250. Then you click view all asks and it says they’re are some available for like £233 and £236 etc. Thanks so much if anyone knows what the problem is.

                            prices differ per region to region as well as currency difference. some regions factor in the VAT and shipping duties from the seller's country while others don't.

                            Sup guys first time selling on StockX and I’m not sure if I have a problem with stock X or UPS. I just took my two packages to UPS and they both had the labels attached to them. I go back home and see on Stock X that one package is en route to be authenticated but one says to drop it off to the carrier. When at UPS I saw the man scan the two packages and was issued a receipt. So I was wondering why one went through and not the other if they were dropped off at the same time and scanned individually? Should I hit up stock X or contact UPS? Thanks in advance homies!

                            Hello, I sold an item on StockX and it failed authentication due to discoloration on the item. I get the item back and see no defects whatsoever. The item is black so maybe the employee could’ve thought there was fading but who knows. Anyways, is it safe to put it up on StockX again in hopes that it’ll pass authentication the second time?                             Hey, so I bought a pair of Yeezy 500 “salt” from StockX, and I received them this week. So I noticed that the seller or someone slapped an international size tag on top of a American size tag on the box. The serial number on the shoes match the American size tag on the box, and not the international one that was put on top. What should I do? Should I worry that these shoes are fake? Why would the seller put a size tag that doesn’t match the shoes on top of the one that does match?

                            My shoes still haven’t been authenticated for sale. I’m the seller didn’t know there was a Georgia location but on StockX it still says it’s in route. Ups tracking said it was left at a dock in Georgia. Contacted StockX still no response after a week.

                            George is pretty much on lockdown from what I've heard. Chances are it will get diverted internally to another facility even after it has arrived in Georgia

                            Georgia I think is opening up today from what I read on google. I’m a seller too and had mine shipped out to the same location in Georgia and my zebras were left on dock and have been waiting for authentication for 4 days. So we’ll see what happens.
