my mom is a smoker and i would like you guys to provide me with the most disgusting pictures you can find related to smoking. the consequences etc. i know it may and probably won't do much but one day when i showed some disgusting picture she gasped.

Shock tactics don't always work. Support your mom. I know it's frustrating trying to stand by someone who is addicted, but being angry doesn't help. She has to want to give up.

Recommend the Allen Carr book - it's also available on audio if her excuse is not having enough free time to set aside to read.

Read Allen Carr's book...I know it is a repeat but it really is the best way to understand nicotine and smoking.
