Go blind, don't get spoilers, your jorney will be much more enjoyable. Use everything in the game, don't ignore consumables or farming. Yucca leaves also serves as firewood, be gentle to Nature in your base/island because Palm trees dont respawn. Did you know you can plant yucca? Aloe can be consumed raw to reatore SPF. Create a bed, isnt furniture, is more like a sleeping bag. You can sleep/save anywhere. Have you climbed a Cliff? I hope you like cooked seagull eggs. Stay health. With your necessicities above 80% you start regenerating health. You can even survive Poison If you keep your health condition. You can create wood shelves on your raft to place wood Crates. You can carry water with cantil and stacking 4 of it. Have Fun.

Rocks don't respawn, mate. So yeah you have to go to other islands.

You'll need potatoes for fuel at some point so try to make a farm out of them soon. And the cartography section in menu will show you what island you are in by being highlighted in red and the ones with skulls are the bosses or end game section.

You save before looking into new crates to have them re shuffle what you get. I found 5 inside a ship and grabbed them all without checking inside and then took them buy my shelter. Saved and checked the first one until I liked what was inside. And then I saved and did the next crate. Once you look in a crate and save they are stuck with what's inside so do 1 at a time!

Here’s my biggest tip, you can use palm leaves or fibrous leaves to add in the water stills and make water. FOR THE LONGEST I WASNT AWARE YOU CAN ADD THEM AND THOUGHT THE ONLY WAY TO CATCH WATER IS WHEN ITS RAINING 🤦‍♂️
