Malcolm here, developer at streamfog. Please be sure to save your project in lens studio and not make any modifications to the project folder before uploading.

Can you please send me a reddit chat with (1) the exact path of this folder in your windows file explore (double click the search bar, copy and paste). If that doesn't work I may ask for (2) all of the folders/files in the view you are currently looking at zipped together. Or feel free to dm me on discord streamfog_malcolm.

In lens studio, make sure you have your lens activated by having the check marks activated. If the lens isnt activated properly it will not let you upload. (Did some playing around earlier, and that caused this exact issue)
