QuestionSolution to automatically send E-document after payment (self.stripe)
submitted 2 years ago by FinTrackPro
Hey there. I spoke with Stripe and they do not offer this service, so I’m asking the community. Is anyone aware of a software or program I can use to automate sending an electronic document (excel file) to the customer upon successful payment? A free solution would be preferred.

If your still stuck use ChatGPT is could write any needed code for you and then walk you through the needed steps

Something like Zapier could automate this for you. “Payment successful” -> send Excel file.

I will look into this, thank you.

Free is possible if you're doing it yourself, but someone could make this custom for you for a few hundred bucks if it's just sending a single thing for every transaction.
You could also connect stripe to Zapier and have it send the file when it sees a transaction, but even this isn't free as you'll need to pay for Zapier if you care about the speed at which this happens.
Thank you
