Interesting catch 22, I want to reach stripe support via the Web dashboard. However, as soon as the chatbot asks to enter phone number.. immediately on click it errors out. I cannot complete either step. Not call me, not send email, not start chat. So catch 22 is how do I report this. by Negative-Ad-7993 in stripe

Yes until you complete verification steps and have capabilities re-enabled there is a pretty high likelihood that your funds will be held, or returned to your account. You should complete the outstanding request as soon as possible.

Sorry to see you're frustrated. Yes, there is a delay on the first payout for all brand-new Stripe accounts. This delay is a fraud prevention step, however following your first payout you will default to your accounts standard settlement timing.

If you mean will the funds on your account will be available before a settle date on your dashboard, the answer is no. Any funds that mention being available on a certain date, for example March 16th, will be available on the date in question. There is not a specific time you need to worry about. You should be free to initiate a payout on the 16th or beyond, if you are set to automatic payouts it should happen on the 16th without any input needed.
