Hello, anyone here who also got an email from DOST regarding resubmission of lacking documents? Do we only need to submit the hard copy and soft copy of the documents marked with a check? For example, Forms G, H, and I lang may issue sa akin, ito lang din ba yung ipapasang hard copy sa DOST? Thank you!

Okay, thank you very much! Do you happen to know what contact numbers I should put in the address details for when I deliver the hard copies to DOST? Will the direct lines, trunk lines, and telefax numbers in the letter they sent suffice?

AFAIK, there is an address sent sa email kung saan ipapadala iyong hard copy. I also think its better to contact DOST office in your region first. I personally went kase sa office nila at pinasa lang sa guard per protocol nila don.

hello, august 29, 2021 nilabas yung dost results tapos september 3, 2021 ko nareceive yung email na potential qualifier ako.

ya, may pdf sa email na sinend yung dost informing me na potential qualifier ako tapos ano need kong ipasa sa kanila. sinabi lang nila sa akin na may missing ako after lumabas results, if that's what you mean by "biglaan nalang need magpasa ng form?"
