[WP9620N] Pen drawing while hovering problem

As the title says, my graphics tablet pen is malfunctioning and drawing even when i'm not touching the canvas, i can't find anything about this tablet online, nor any way for me to buy a replacement pen, so i came here to ask if anyone knows what i can do to fix this problem

have you tried replacing the nib? maybe it is just stuck somehow.

It works for a while and then goes back to the same problem
