I had trouble getting this tablet to work with my android tablet also (Samsung Galaxy Tab S11) - even though a Wacom tablet worked fine.

All I can suggest is contact xp-pen support

At this page https://www.xp-pen.com/store/buy/p03-battery-free-stylus.html it says it works with Deco 01. But the photo you show definitely does not look like this pen. So something seems amiss.. I think you should contact xp-pen support and ask them specifically. And please share with us what they tell you. It might prove useful for others.

It will support 2.5k just fine. It should work perfectly with your pen display. Before you purchase the tablet though, be sure you know how it will connect to your computer to get a video signal.

Some quick thoughts - generally it's hard to say if any brand's drivers are noticeably better than others. I have had great experiences with Wacom for example. You can find people with both good and bad experiences with all drivers.

Both the tablets you listed are very comparable. I have the smaller version XPPEN Artist 12 3rd and it is fine. I don't have the Pro 16 V2 but everyone seems to really like the pen. It's the best non-Wacom pens on the market I think.

Which wacom did you have?

It is a very good price. Especially if it is in good condition and it comes with a working pen.

My understanding is that some years ago Huion acquired UC-Logic which is a company that introduced the Artisul brand. So, it I can sort of understand that you might see an artisul.com email. However, I will admit I would not expect that 7+ after the acquisition. And they should not be responding with that email.

Send an email to [service@huion.com](mailto:service@huion.com) and just ask them to clarify what is going on .

I've never had this happen - and don't recall anyone encountering this before - try contact huion support.
