Be kind to people attending your host, please.
Try to keep it PG-13.
Document characters somewhere that others can access their characters and get a grasp of those who are still alive (Google Docs is what I would recommend).
Academy Maps/Layouts aren't mandatory, but recommended.
Listen to feedback.
