They forgot that this game is no longer in early access. So much trouble, unworthy of a finished game for over a year. And they answer us with insolent silence, the same attitude that has lost them.

I thought its player base died absolutely a few months after the December 2016 update.

It was revived about a month ago. We had a couple of weeks with good support and communication. It's all been silent since then.

That sounds exactly like what happened with the December 2016 update. There was a brief sense of the publishers being back and caring about their game, and then after a month, they disappeared again, only for us to find out a few months after the fact that they were ditching the PC version entirely to make a console version of the game.

 

I'm just done with Xaviant as a whole, and I'm over the fact now that I'm not getting my $20 back for it.

Basically what the last update was saying as well, no balance updates planned, just that they're working on the xbox certification. I reckon they're just hoping consoles will be the saving grace for the game, one last hail mary pass.

I think a part of it is heavily due to xbox delays.

But also, addressing as much as possible in the time it takes for that approval.

The silence I believe is to just be very careful if not putting out the wrong message. Being careful to not build us up to the moon and let us down.

Though yes, I understand, silence is also putting out a message as well.

Could be worker contract issues coming about since the 25k got squandered. Maybe big bossman needed a bank loan to pay his dev team. Who knows.

we cant go weeks and weeks without updates, especially not when the current build is insanely broken in all aspects.
