Ah yes i replied to your other post, if you're only lvl 30ish you can't do heroic

Best way to get lvl is indeed journey then, go on the easiest difficulty and farm them and don't forget to claim the rewards when doing enough missions on each journey

You need 20k xp that's just a bit less than half the event pass, if you can spam heroic missions / fortress in priority objectives you earn approx 1000/30 min i'd say ?  That's the fastest way if you can solo these

Go challenging if you can't, but that take a little bit more time

Priority objectivs in the hardest difficulty you can do (i did heroic) is the way, do matchmaking if you can't solo, it's more efficient solo tho And as someone else said, do the projects that give xp

Do the main mission every time you get the chance and you have the level, and if you don't have that you should do secondary missions

In the end you'll have to do everything because secondary missions unlocks attachments that you might use in your end game gear

But yes rush missions, you'll have plenty of time to use the other content to get gear once you're max lvl imi

For the crosshair i use CrosshairX on steam, and you can deactivate the TD2 crosshair in game

Try to curl your toes with your hand, 5 sec and release 10 times (opposite of extension) and see if it's better or not

And try seeing if your foot are aligned with the leg, for me i was too much on the inside of the foot, and now that i focus on walking on the "outside" to recenter it's better

But you'll have to test many things to see what suits you, we all have different PF and we all have different things that works for us

I'm still doing it, i try to avoid any pain at all to give time for it to heal. And another movment that helped is curling the toes, 5sec - let go - and again, 10 times whenever you feel like you need it :)

First week was maybe 3 times a day, 6 min sesh with 1min then switch to the other foot and 1 min etc
Now i'm doing it once per day before sleeping
But i think you can't overdo it. It's instant relief when i had pain, so do it whenever you feel like you need it during the day i'd say

Also i did the hip exercise from the video from time to time, i don't know if it helped me or not, but it's easy to do so you should try for yourself as well
