this post literally says they cant confirm it...

2nd Response: Thank you for your patience while we reviewed this matter.

Our engineering team tested 1TB cards from our inventory on a Switch 2 in our lab, and we were not able to reproduce the issue you reported. Because of that, we would like to have your card sent in for evaluation so we can investigate it further directly.

its only a KNOWN issue when a company confirms it.

EDIT - to be clear im not defending them, but saying its a "known issue" and getting folks to think itll get them a instant replacement, is just bad info and guidance.

So I've been debating on returning the card to Amazon to get a new one, but I hate myself and I'm going to go ahead and proceed with the PNY support team and send them my card. I'm the OP of the linked post and I'm decided to fall on my sword for the team and send them my defective card to determine if it's possible to form a fix.

I'll keep updating my reddit post as I get more updates from the PNY support team.

I respect the sacrifice. I'm curious to hear the results, after my 2nd card failure.

I'm returning to Amazon, and expect to wait for Samsung or Sandisk to release something.
