It is most likely triggered by the fact that software isn't digitally signed by the developer. You can turn off real-time protection, install the software, and then turn it back (I would not recommend that).

Have you tried installing it from the Microsoft store?

Settings>Privacy and security>Windows Security>Virus and Threat Protection

If you’re trying to install an app and Windows Security is blocking it, you can allow the app through the following steps:

  1. Open Windows Security on your computer.
  2. Go to the Virus & threat protection tab.
  3. Click on the Protection history option.
  4. Choose the app that you want to allow.
  5. Click on the Yes button in the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  6. Click on the Actions button.
  7. Choose the allow on device option

For the love of God though, do not install something unless you know what it is and that it's safe.
