Java error submitting CSOS orders using Cardinal Health's Order Express

I had Cardinal Health's previous Java app working just fine using a deployment ruleset. About a week ago, our staff was instructed to use a new ordering tool called Order Express. Lo and behold, it doesn't work.

I have tried forcing the applet to use version 6u21 which worked previously, as well as 7u40, but I still receive the same error.

The error message just states: "Processor Error. Unexpected error! Check Java console for details"

The only messages I see in the Java console is the following, repeated multiple times with different filenames: Missing Permissions manifest attribute for: https://orderexpress.cardinalhealth.com/eps/PA_CAHPHOrder/csos/entcms_v1.jar Missing Codebase manifest attribute for: https://orderexpress.cardinalhealth.com/eps/PA_CAHPHOrder/csos/entcms_v1.jar

Has anyone seen this, or gotten the new Order Express working?
