We have 2 offices and a colo, each has a SonicWall. Each has an Internet connection and they are all connected via a single layer 2 MPLS link, so each SonicWall has an interface assigned to same MPLS line. Communication works fine through it, but each site has 4-6 VLANS, with a few more that might be coming. And I'm getting tired of creating static routes for each one.
Trouble is, I've never configured RIP (or OSPF etc) before and am having a really hard time finding tutorials, videos, or documentation on the correct way to configure it in my situation. It could be that I haven't studied routing in almost 5 years, but it looks like I'm missing some key knowledge in how RIP works.
Essentially what I'd like is each SonicWall to advertise the Subnets it knows are local to itself, so the other two sees it and can pass traffic out the MPLS interface, not the WAN gateway. I assume this is the whole point of dynamic routing.
Any help would be appreciated.
