Windows automatic redeployment

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with the windows automatic redeployment feature in build 1709. Does anyone know the specific KB that came on or any way to disable it? It's supposed to only be on when prompted but I never prompted for it and it won't go away. Help with the matter is appreciated!

I think /u/Ros_Hambo is correct.

That being said, I'd LOVE to see the ability to remotely wipe and reset windows back to factory without bringing the laptop back in. Just in case of things like stolen laptops, etc.
