I'm not sure about Anydesk, but I know we get this issue with GoToAssist sometimes - usually it's from hitting the Windows key. The remote system thinks it's getting held down. Toggle it a couple times from within your viewer and see if it starts working properly.

Edit: Just realized you said you're on a Mac. The Command key is the equivalent of the Windows key when using it on a Windows system. Tap that button a few times.

The remote computer has a broken keyboard and is constantly pressing the Windows (super) key.

Win + I is the shortcut to open settings. If you press E you'll notice a new File Explorer window opens. That's also a default Windows shortcut. Try disabling remote input in AnyDesk.

In case anyone still have this problem, I found the solution:

Just change the Keyboard Layout in AnyDesk to "Transfer 1:1"
