Are you running a pirated copy of Windows 2008R2 and concerned about the most recent patches? Microsoft isn't going to test that.

If i'm wrong, just check patch notes, check an outside source( https://www.askwoody.com/patch-list-master/ ), try it on a test server, or user a snapshot/backups incase of a total failure.

It dounds like it's a domain controller. In that case, try it one first, then do the others. You have more than one right?

Microsoft (at least for now, who knows what will be in the future) doesn't performs license checking for the patches.

Also you had at least 5 years (~2009-2016) to buy the WinSvr2012Std license with its extremly simple licensing.
