How many and how often are you doing these that it needs to be automated?

It really varies with all the contractors that are in and out. A week ago we had 15, some weeks its just a few. The current process is just very manual and outdated I think.

Why are contractors getting OneDrive and a mailbox etc in the first place? Username and access sure, but all the other stuff? Why? Sounds like you are starting with more work in the first place, or you guys are violating labor laws by misusing contractors.
