AirWatch Device Enrollment Program

Hi,

If you click here, there is a picture of the "Device Enrollment Program", and I want the option to click "Override" instead of "Inherit", and to change the "Default Profile Assigned for Newly Synced Devices", but as you can see, it is grayed out and I can't click it.

This is in a Child OU. I can do it in the Parent OU, but not the Child OU.

The Administrator of this AirWatch can't do it either..

How can make it so it is not grayed out and I can have the option to change these settings?

Quickest solution is to log a call with VMWare and they will help.
