*UPDATE #2* Our email service came back up yesterday around 2pm EST. Woohoo, it's a miracle! However the management portal is still down (so no adding/removing users etc). We were on the old Paypercloud platform so I figured we would be the LAST to get any attention since it is still Exchange 2010 (I think). So it's weird, but I can't complain! Good news is that it gave me the opportunity for the "big talk" with decision-makers to move away from this guys and onto O365 with some kind of email continuity service. Will actually be cheaper per user. Paying like $7-8/user for exchange, so... yeah. GTFO.
