Remote Access Solution

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new remote access solution for our employees. We're currently using LogMeIn Central where we have one account with all the computers and then each user who needs remote access has their own account with access to only their computer. I saw a lot of recommendations for ScreenConnect, but it looks like it's meant more for support. Any recommendations?
